Click & Collect Service
Our Click & Collect is fast and convenient, saving local customers journeys, carriage costs and waiting time...If you live near one of our stores, instead of paying for carriage you can just select the branch nearest to you when you place your online order - and we'll let you know as soon as it is ready for collection. We've even made sure there's free parking available right outside all our shops.
Delivery Service
We can deliver to any address on the UK mainland, and usually within 5-7 working days. Additional costs may apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, so do get in touch with us to check. We're sorry, but we can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
The last order date for delivery before Christmas, on any product is 17th December 2012. Any order placed after that date will be delivered in January 2013.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £150 to UK mainland only

Delivery of paint and wallpaper is by courier at a cost of £5.95 (inc VAT). Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

Smaller items are posted out via Royal Mail within 2-3 working days and you just pay the appropriate packing and delivery cost, which is displayed at the checkout.

Paint sample pots and 750ml tins are shipped by Royal Mail at a cost of £2.75 (inc VAT) You may order up to 3 sample pots, 4 sample pots and over will be shipped by courier at £8.50.

Carriage & handling charge of £2.50 for up to 5 samples of wallpaper and 4.00 for up to 10 samples.

Naturally, we let you know at the earliest opportunity if any products you have ordered are out of stock.

Special items (such as Farrow & Ball wallpaper, which is made to order) can take up to 21 days before delivery.
Samples Service
Computer screens are not renowned for their accurate colour reproductions, so don't rely on yours to get your new room perfectly co-ordinated! We will supply up to five wallpaper samples free of charge to UK customers - and we can send you colour charts or sample pots of paint at a nominal charge. Just have a good look through the website at all the lovely paints and papers, then call us free on 0800 1522 722 to order any ones you'd like to look at more closely.
Curtain Making, Soft Furnishing, all made to measure plus fitting service
We stock the finest range of fabrics, and our highly talented curtain making team in Wirral and Chester, provides a full make-up and fitting service for bespoke soft furnishings and accessories. We can re-upholster chairs, footstools and headboards, make curtains, blinds and pelmets; measure for and order new curtain poles and tracks...If a home visit is necessary to measure up for curtains (a service available within Wirral, Cheshire and Merseyside), we charge a fee of £50, which is deducted from any subsequent order. Alternatively, supply your own measurements for our made to measure service. Just call us free on 0800 1522 722.
Interior design service
Sometimes too much choice can be bewildering, and choosing the right colours, patterns and textures is a challenge too far. No problem. We have a gifted in-house interior design service ready to help (including Julia Neal who is also a qualified interior designer) plus our highly trained staff at each branch. Just call us free on 0800 1522 722 for details, or call into any of our four stores for help in the showroom.
Free Parking
After all you have learned about our commitment to our customers, it won't be a surprise to hear we have gone out of our way to ensure plentiful free parking, right outside every one of our four stores.
